HVAC Solutions Tailored to Luxury Retail

When designing climate systems for high-end retail, functionality alone isn’t enough. The HVAC system must work silently and seamlessly, delivering consistent comfort without interfering with the aesthetics of the space. Our team engineered and installed a fully customized ductwork system to complement the store’s sleek interior while meeting strict performance benchmarks.
We worked closely with project architects, general c ontractors, and the Tory Burch design team to ensure all components of the system (from vents to thermostats) aligned with the brand’s visual and experiential goals. Project highlights include the following:
  • Complete custom ductwork fabrication and installation,
  • High-efficiency HVAC system designed to maintain consistent comfort for shoppers and staff,
  • Discreet system integration for an invisible, noise-free climate experience,
  • Full coordination with other contractors to meet build specifications and timelines,
  • Smart zoning to ensure energy-efficient operation across all retail zones.
