Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration – New Build
Ordines Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. proudly completed the full commercial HVAC and
refrigeration system for Kelly’s Roast Beef in New Port Richey, Florida. This new build project
required a custom HVAC solution designed to handle the demands of a busy, high-volume
restaurant.
Our scope of work included the installation of high-efficiency rooftop HVAC units, custom
ductwork, and commercial kitchen ventilation to ensure proper airflow and comfort for both
customers and staff. Additionally, we provided and installed walk-in coolers, freezers, and
commercial refrigeration systems essential for the daily operations of the restaurant.
